1. Seller and scope

Forgeport Shop is operated by ANDROS EMIL-ROBERT PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA, a Romanian sole trader registered under VAT number RO43707383 ("Forgeport", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

These Terms apply to consumers and business customers purchasing digital products from shop.forgeport.net. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

2. Products

Forgeport Shop sells website templates and feature implementations for private-server websites. A website template is a complete site package. A feature implementation is a packaged function, integration or code module intended for an existing website. Unless the product page expressly says otherwise, a purchase does not include bespoke development, hosting, content production or ongoing administration.

The product page forms part of these Terms and defines the included files, supported platforms, technical requirements, delivery format, support and any Forgeport dependency. If the product page conflicts with a general catalog description, the product page controls.

3. Orders, pricing and tax

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. Prices are displayed and charged in euro. Applicable VAT or other tax is calculated from the billing information provided at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate legal name, billing address and, where relevant, business Tax ID.

Stripe processes payment details, tax information, fraud checks, receipts, invoices, credit notes and refunds. Forgeport remains the seller. We may refuse or refund an order where required by payment-provider rules, sanctions, export controls, fraud prevention or country-availability restrictions. We do not sell to customers located in the United Kingdom.

4. Technical requirements and compatibility

You are responsible for checking the documented requirements before purchase. Self-hosted products require suitable hosting and technical ability to deploy and maintain them. A Forgeport-integrated edition requires a Forgeport account and may require an active Forgeport plan for connected or live-data features. Unless stated on the product page, third-party services and Forgeport subscriptions are not included in the purchase price.

5. Digital delivery and withdrawal

Delivery begins after successful payment and any required verification. By completing checkout, a consumer expressly requests immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledges that the statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins. This does not remove mandatory rights where digital content is defective, unavailable or not as described.

6. License and intellectual property

Each purchase grants the rights described in the Digital Product License. Ownership of the product, source code and Forgeport intellectual property does not transfer. You may not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute product source files except as expressly permitted by that license.

7. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for deployment, backups, security, server configuration and all content or third-party assets you add. You must not use a product for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or malicious activity, or misrepresent affiliation with Forgeport or any game rights holder.

8. Support, updates and availability

Support and updates are provided only to the extent stated on the product page. We may improve, replace or discontinue future product versions or connected services. This does not remove the license to files already delivered, but a connected feature may stop working when a required Forgeport plan ends or a third-party dependency becomes unavailable.

9. Warranties and liability

We provide each product substantially as described and with reasonable care. Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, we do not promise compatibility with every custom game pack, hosting stack, codebase, browser extension or third-party modification.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, aggregate liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or interruption caused by customer infrastructure, modifications or third-party systems. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

10. Governing law and changes

Romanian law governs these Terms. A consumer keeps the mandatory protections and competent dispute forum provided by the law of their residence. Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a problem promptly.

The Terms in force when an order is placed govern that order. We may update future Terms by publishing a new dated version.

Official website templates

Official templates are products priced in EUR. Aurelian is a real free product claimed without payment checkout; Arcane is €14.99 unless its product page states a different EUR price. Product pricing remains the price shown when the order is placed.

A paid checkout creates an unactivated license and protected downloads. It does not activate or assign the license. Activation requires a later confirmation in Forgeport, permanently assigns the license to one Organization, ends normal refund eligibility, and cannot be reversed or transferred. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The Organization license covers every Portal belonging to it and includes Forgeport Hosted, Static Self-Hosted, and Forgeport-Integrated Self-Hosted use. Updates are included. Hosted versions change only after an administrator intentionally chooses, previews and publishes an upgrade.
