Digital Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping

Forgeport Shop sells digital products. No physical parcel is shipped and no shipping fee is charged.

2. Delivery timing

Delivery is normally issued after Stripe confirms payment. Tax ID verification, fraud or sanctions review, payment disputes or inconsistent customer information can delay or stop delivery.

3. Delivery formats

Delivery may include a downloadable package, repository or account access, and setup instructions, as stated on the product page. The product page states exactly what is included.

Self-hosted products are deployed on infrastructure you control. Forgeport integration editions connect to an active Forgeport workspace. A separate Forgeport plan may be required for live or hosted features and is not included unless the product page expressly says so.

4. Problems receiving access

Check the email used at checkout and your spam folder. If delivery is unavailable after payment confirmation, contact [email protected] with the order number or Stripe receipt reference.

Website template delivery and versions

After a successful paid order, the Shop supplies an unactivated license, a manual activation code, an Activate in Forgeport handoff, and protected access to the available Static and Forgeport-Integrated downloads. A free Shop claim supplies the same license record without a payment provider.

Download authorization is checked against the customer account and uses time-limited delivery. Updated downloadable versions remain available to the license owner. Forgeport Hosted is selected separately in Forgeport through draft, preview and publish and does not execute downloaded Shop archives.
