Organization license

Each free claim or paid purchase creates a license for one official Forgeport website template. Payment alone does not assign a paid license. Activation is a separate, intentional action that permanently assigns the license to the Organization selected in Forgeport.

The licensed Organization may use the template simultaneously for all Portals that belong to it, including Portals added later. A license is not consumed by a Portal, and switching or deleting a Portal does not remove it.

Activation, transfer and refunds

A paid purchase may be refunded from the customer account within fourteen days of purchase as long as delivery has not begun: no protected download has been made and the license has not been activated. Your first download or the activation ends that right, because the non-transferable license is then in use; once activated it is permanently assigned and cannot be transferred. Nothing in this license excludes a refund or other remedy required by mandatory applicable law.

Included use and updates

The license includes Forgeport Hosted, Static Self-Hosted, and Forgeport-Integrated Self-Hosted deployment. Future hosted versions and updated downloads are included without another purchase. Hosted updates are never silently applied: an administrator must choose, preview and publish a new version.

Restrictions

You may modify the template for the licensed Organization. You may not sell, sublicense, publish, share, redistribute, transfer, remove or falsify its license notice, or use the template for an unrelated Organization.

Accounts and service access

You are responsible for protecting activation codes and download access and for actions by authorized account users. Hosted and integrated features remain subject to the relevant Forgeport service terms and technical availability. A properly licensed static copy does not require Forgeport to be online.
