Refund Policy

1. Digital products
All products are supplied digitally. A consumer who completes checkout requests immediate delivery and acknowledges that the statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after files or access have been supplied, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
2. When a remedy is available
Contact us if you were charged more than once, the payment was unauthorised, delivery was never supplied, or a product is materially defective or not as described. Depending on the issue, we may first provide corrected files, replacement access or reasonable technical assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will provide the refund or price reduction required by applicable law.
3. Compatibility and customer changes
A refund is not normally available because the customer does not meet clearly documented requirements, changes their hosting or codebase, or introduces a conflict through custom modifications or an unsupported third-party component. This does not affect mandatory rights where our product itself is defective or incorrectly described.
4. How refunds work
Send the Stripe receipt or Forgeport order number and a concise description of the issue to [email protected]. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe and the receiving bank control processing times.
Business purchases do not receive consumer withdrawal rights. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in license or connected-access suspension, without limiting mandatory rights.
Website template refunds
A paid official template purchase can be refunded by the customer from the account page within fourteen days of purchase, provided delivery has not begun: no Static or Forgeport-integrated download has been made and the license has not been activated. The first download or the activation is the cutoff; from that moment the purchase is no longer normally refundable because the non-transferable license is in use.
Checkout requests immediate digital delivery and states this consequence before payment. This policy does not restrict cancellation, conformity, refund, or other remedies that mandatory applicable law requires.
